System Maintenance and Configuration involve monitoring, managing, and setting up various system components to ensure the smooth, stable, and secure operation of the platform. Key elements include:

• Access Control: Roles and Permissions can be configured in the System Configuration area to control user access and operations.

• Authentication&Authorization: Authentication involves verifying user identity and authorizing access to protected resources. FNZ Studio supports protocols like OpenID Connect (OIDC) Authentication OpenID Connect (OIDC). Moreover, FNZ Studio features a Secrets Management Framework, a centralized system for securely storing and accessing secrets such as passwords, keys, certificates, and symmetric keys.

• Cluster: Handling a cluster in FNZ Studio involves properly managing its startup, running state, and shutdown as well as monitoring its health and events.

• Licensing is the mechanism used in FNZ Studio to control and assign licenses to users based on specific rules and conditions. Administrators can createLicensing Assignment Rules to assign licenses only to users who meet certain criteria, such as belonging to a particular group or having a certain role. Licensing also involves License File Installation (they contain details about the license packages, validity, and signature). Finally, Licensing Reports provide detailed usage information of the licensed features, and system health sensors monitor license availability and expiration.

• System Overview provides useful information on the Platform and on the Solutions built on it, such as System Health to monitor the critical aspects of an Platform installation, the Log Viewer to display log messages created by Platform or the solution, Job scheduling to register and execute jobs at specified times or events in a system.

• System Statistics are collected metrics and data about the system's operation to aid testing, tuning, and troubleshooting.
